Less is More to be its Best Version
I use only the last 2 of the 4 pages of the transcription as the FINALE (simplifying or leaving off 1/3 of the embellishments on the R and L hands). I start the piano piece with a simpler full version of How Great Thou Art, then transition to this finale with a C 7 chord. What comes out is a very beautiful version that I love to keep playing (to the point of memorizing it) and family and friends find it beautiful too! Adding this modified finale brings out the magnificent melody (and the best piano solo version yet) of How Great Thou Art; and credit is due to this artist! (The earlier lower rating that I gave was due to the overwhelming embellishments that drowned the song; but thank God, this version eventually turned out to be a blessing).

Wish I could enjoy playing/listening to it
The piano solo transcription does not enhance the music piece, the way Liszt does beautifully to Schubert's Serenade.
