Originally written by the artist as an acapella work, this piano/vocal arrangement of "Home" by Sebastian Kole was written from my own desire to be able to play this song at home with just me and my piano. This is a beautiful song about two people who love each other deeply through the toughtest of times and will always find their way "Home" to each other.
This arrangement features a vocal soloist, piano, and an optional 2/3 part harmony part if you have friends that want to join in on the fun! It also has a brief ad lib section at the end of the piece. I tried to stay as faithful to the original arrangement as I could, while still making it readable and accesible on piano.
If you're like me then you probably stumbled upon this gem of a song, while binge-watching "Grey's Anatomy" at 2 o'clock in the morning during the holidays. I quickly discovered that I loved this song so much, and I am happy to bring it to you in this format! I don't think this song gets as much attention as it rightfully deserves, so I'm glad to do my part to change that!
