This is an SATB arrangement I wrote with my small but skilled church choir in mind.
It's an emotional message of faith in troubled times, rising from a simple beginning to a glorious final chorus, and ending quietly with a single voice reiteraiting the powerful message: "He will hold me fast."
The sopranos divide during the final choruses; consider the top part a descant, if you will.
Ideally, the soloist at the end should be one of the quieter voices in the choir, someone who never asks for a solo or usually gets one.
