Published by Mike Raymond (A0.1537200).A solo keyboard arrangement of (the chorus from) the Rogers & Hammerstein song from the Musical 'South Pacific'. This was originally arranged using a "woodwind synth" setting, due its playful nature and sustained tone which compliments the feel of the tune itself. It may be used in music grading as an intermediate sight reading piece, this is mainly due to the counterintuitive left hand, which maintains a largely compound/triplet style against a 4/4 influenced lead melody. This is also perfect as a jingle or soundtrack to a commercial setting, including sporting events and fairground attractions, or indeed as a musical interlude to theatrical productions. It is easy accessible for learning quickly and has been structured so that it may also be played on a loop for use as a melodic sample.
