Elephants - have low brass!
I have plenty of low brass which really makes this one a favorite to play and hear. The tempo is confusing - ponderously but then the mm. is higher than I would think elephants move so we slowed it down but not too slowly. Fun piece. It will be on our next concert. Some of the more advanced in the beginning class will join in.
