This highly popular song is featured in the movie Shrek which makes it popular among kids as well as adults! I notated the music in the key of G to bring out the melody over the chords which may be played by a pianist or guitarist. If you listen to my audio/video demo you will hear the use of the quick back and forth picking technique called tremelo that every mandolin player has to learn at some point. There are no tremelo markings in my score I prefer to leave that to the performer but my demo should provide a reference if needed.
