Love this song!
I used this song, as sung by Mary Chapin Carpenter, during my wedding. I loved it! I am pleased that the piano version I purchased here is true to the way she sang it. And, I was surprised that it is words and music by John Lennon. I did not know that. Now that I know, I can certainly hear his style in the song. I love the words. the music is easy to sing to as well since it is actually in a key that I can sing!

Upon ordering was informed of availability delay, then very fast turnaround and follow through - impressive! The song is sweet and meaningful, even to most jaded friends. With very minor lyric adaptations [Two people in love together, rather than, man and wife together, - the cadence works with the music] it was perfect for a Gay wedding celebration.
