nice piece, but has serious engraving errors

I heard this piece last night on WQXR, and found this for immediate download, so I appreciated that. In reading through it I realized that on the final page some of the measures are written with the staves misaligned by entire measures. I had to go find a YouTube of Jeff Biegel playing it to figure out how to fix it. It makes sense once you realize what's happened. Hint: there's also a missing Bb in one of the staves which clues you into where it's gone wrong.
