This famous English folk song has been around since the 16th century
and is even mentioned in Shakespeare's "The Merry Wives of Windsor" (1602).
There are various theories about what the title "Green Sleeves" refers to.
The melody has variations in Aeolian and Dorian modes,
as well as different rhythms.
I prefer the Dorian mode version.
