Published by Ivan Paschoito (A0.1851896).Although published in 1902, this piece by Tárrega only became widely known after a fragment of its melody was used as a cell phone ringtone starting in 2000. From then on, the fragment became world-famous, drawing attention to the entire work, which subsequently received several new editions and recordings.
This edition is a faithful reproduction of the one by Antich and Tena. Editorial changes were limited to correcting minor, obvious errors, completing the fingering, and updating the musical notation and guitar notation. The metronome marking, indicated in square brackets, is merely a suggestion, as the original contains no such indication.
