Dit symfonisch gedicht is opgedragen aan muziekvereniging El Xúquer uit Sumacàrcer en zijn dirigent, Josep Ros. Het is geïnspireerd door de inwoners van Sumacàrcer en de verschillende karakteristieken die hun identiteit bepalen: de festivals, de Xúquer rivier, het Penya-Roja kasteel, de sinaasappelboomgaarden en straten. Een klein gemeenschappelijk thema verbindt de verschillende muziekstijlen. Het werk is geschreven voor de 129e editie van de International Competition van Valencia.
This Symphonic Poem was dedicated to the Musical Union El Xúquer from Sumacàrcer and its conductor, Josep Ros. The work is inspired by the people from Sumacàrcer trying to tell the different characteristic things that identify it: its people, its festivals, the Xúquer river, the Penya-Roja castle, its orange groves and streets. We can find different languages throughout the work to narrate it, all of them are related to each others by a small generator motive about all the musical idea. The work has been written to take part in the 129th edition of the International Competition of Valencia.
Ce poème symphonique est dédié à la société de musique El Xúquer de Sumacàrcer et son conducteur, Josep Ros. Le morceau est inspiré par les habitants de Sumacàrcer et les différents caractéristiques qui déterminent leur identité : les festivals, la rivière de Xúquer, le château de Penya-Roja, les vergers d’orangers et les rues. Un seul thème unit les différents styles de musique. Le morceau est écrit pour la 129ième édition de la Compétition Internationale de Valencia.
Dieses Stück ist dem Blasorchester El Xúquer aus Sumacàrcer und seinem Dirigenten Josep Ros gewidmet. Der Komponist hat sich durch die Einwohner von Sumacàrcer und verschiedene Orte der Stadt inspirieren lassen, die deren spezielle Identität bestimmen: die Festivals, den Fluss Xúquer, die Burg Penya-Rojy, den Orangenbaumgarten und verschiedene Straßen. Ein kleines gemeinsames Thema verbindet die unterschiedlichen Musikstile. Geschrieben wurde das Werk anlässlich der 129. Auflage des berühmten Internationalen Wettbewerbs von Valencia.
