It is an extended version with the opening fanfare by Gordon Jacob.
The opening fanfare uses a very interesting collection of chords eventually using common tones to reach the tonal key center (G major). I also like the use of the major VI (E major) rather than the diatonic E minor in bar 34. It is a nice secondary dominant with a V-of-ii function (in bar 35 the key is A minor (ii)). You can also notice a Cadential 6-4 at the end (G 2nd inversion - D - G).
