a home run!
Fiona Clifton-Walker offers this wonderful arrangement of this classic carol. There are four verses with varied introductions to each one. Verse 1 is accompanied by 4ths and 5ths in the LH and verse 2 has LH harmonics mostly throughout. Verse 3 has some melody in the LH and then some melodic variation in the RH. Verse 4 has 5ths in the LH. There is a coda. This piece offers lots of variety and interest without being too difficult to learn. It's always good to have another up tempo tune for your audiences.
