Not easy at all!
The problem for the choir leader is the VERY hard to play piano part. I think it does not HAVE to be THAT hard with a complete different rhythm in right and left hand. I played hundreds of arrangements, this is by far the worst written piano part I ever played. It's a pity, cause the choir part is just great.
