George Gershwin At the Piano
This is an excellent book with a very informative Forward - Gershwin as Composer; Gershwin as Pianist; Performing Gershwin's Piano Pieces and a detailed review of each song, its form by measures, and small historicals about each piece.Blue Lullaby and Three-Quarter Blues, not to mention Prelude I (1927) are really great treasures and wonderful to play. This is the only book I could find with the Three-Quarter Blues (aka Irish Waltz by Ira Gershwin).A definite FIVE STAR.
