So-So
I am glad someone finally attempted to arrange this for a clarinet ensemble; however, it could have used more sensible editing regarding the clarinet's normal note range and more sustainable articulations. Also, numerous passages are doubled between the E-flat clarinet and the 1st clarinets which is unnecessary, as well as other parts unnecessarily doubled when in the original version they are not. It also should have had an alternate Clarinet 5 part to replace the Alto Clarinet part for ensembles that do not have one. If this arranger reads this review, hopefully he or she will make some needed revisions throughout the piece as we had to do to make it playable. P.S.: Each part is divided (divisi) for two players, so a minimum of 12 players is needed to cover all of the notes.
