Nice, Needs Revision
I performed this on trombone recently. The piano voicing is often too close, with a few muddy sororities. There are a couple incorrect chords Bm where it should be Gmaj7. The fermata before the obligato section doesnt make a lot of sense. Overall, its a solid arrangement if you adjust the incorrect harmony and finesse the phrase leading to the obligato.

Muddy piano part
The piano part appears to have been transposed down for cello, resulting in triads that are much too low and produce muddy harmonies. It just doesn't sound good.
