As heard on Youtube, freshly arranged for soprano/alto (SA) and violin, this original hymn for Lent blends solid, studied theology with haunting, Celtic-style melodies and a simple refrain, easy for a small or beginner choir to pick up and start singing immediately. It works well as a song to tie the various weeks of Lenten church services together, as a responsorial song that can fit anywhere in the service that needs a solemn moment of introspection and faith. It also makes a beautiful presentation for an Ash Wednesday service or any other time during Lent. This is published and priced for one group of four musicians (pianist, soprano, alto, violin) so purchasing one copy is good for a group that size. For larger groups consider approximately one copy for every four additional musicians.
