great 1st repetoire book
Have used this book for years in teaching flute. More fun than pieces in lesson book, yet relatively easy. Piano part adds a lot and gives students experience working with others. However, I always tell my students to ignore most of the breath marks. Not sure what Louis Moyse was thinking on those!

Great pieces well published. I use them to rest between the tiring studies my teacher requires me to play.

Nice pieces
I have been studying for 7 month (without teacher) and can say it's possible to play most of them being a beginner. Some pieces will take a little more time. Those who like classical music will find very nice pieces to play. A CD with the piano part would be very nice.
