Fun & Achievable Pop Bass Lines!

I absolutely love this 'First 50' book! It’s so much fun to finally 'sound like the record' on songs like 'Africa' and those by Lizzo and Coldplay. The 'easy to intermediate' arrangements are totally achievable for a weekend player like me. Having both tab and standard notation, plus lyrics, makes it super enjoyable and relaxing to learn. A great collection to boost confidence and repertoire!

    Solid Pop Repertoire for Gigs

As a gigging bassist, this book is a practical asset. The inclusion of 'tab, lyrics and chord symbols' is essential for quick charts on last-minute calls. The 'easy to intermediate' arrangements mean the bass lines are recognizable and provide a solid foundation for most pop/rock requests. While some parts are simplified, it captures the 'essence of the tune,' making it highly usable for those 50 essential tracks.
