First 50 Broadway Songs You Should Sing
Excellent book for both voice and piano students. I love that the songs are in a vocal range that most people can sing and the piano accompaniment is accessible to the early intermediate piano player. The song selection is wonderful, too!

Great for voice students
This book really delivers! Not only does it have a great selection of popular Broadway songs, but the piano accompaniment is simplified so that voice teachers (or singer/pianists) don't have to be at an advanced level to play the piano part. It would probably also work nicely for auditions, too. I think the melodies are slightly simplified as well (rhythmically), which is good for less experienced singers or sight-reading. I'm using this book as vocal exercises with my voice teacher during lessons. She loves that it's easy for her to play the piano part. I think the song selection is great, and overall it's easy and fun to use. I also own this book in the High Voice version to work on extending my vocal range.
