Jason Beghtol has written a two chapter/movement work including story line and graphics that tells the adventure of this incredible man with a bionic body. The work in two chapters/movements is about 8 minutes in length. The two chapter movements are: I. The Beginning, II. On The Run.
The percussion part is intended to be performed by one musician and is for untuned instruments: Tom toms, Bass Drum, Claves, Shekere, Suspended Cymbal, Temple Blocks, Tambourine, Congas, Hammer & Anvil and Snare Drum.
The combination of the instrumentation and the tonality gives this work an enticing and earthy sound for the senses.
