I am an intermediate player and was interested in the idea of finger patterns after seeing some YouTube videos on that subject. I don't find this book extremely easy to use as I didn't start out in the Suzuki method, but I am gleaning what i can from it. My instructor says she is not familiar with all of this, but she encouraged me to work on finger patterns as a way to facilitate fluidity and familiarization with the violin
