We played through it with a real pianist to make sure it works, but this recording features Michelle playing along with the computer playback. There are some rhythmic challenges, so it will take a bit of rehearsal. Also a few high notes that most players should be able to pop out."
Brad retired from the post of Principal Trombone of the Victoria Symphony Orchestra in 2024, and has performed in the past as a substitute musician with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, CBC Vancouver Orchestra, Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, and Palm Court Orchestra. He was a founding member of the Beacon Hill Brass on euphonium and trombone, and currently performs school concerts with the low brass ensemble "Heavy Metal."
Brad took up composition in the summer of 2020 when he found he had a lot of pandemic-related free time. His works have been performed in Canada and Australia. ===.
