Not PD - Where's the proper copyright

This is not a public domain hymn and no copyright is given -- is it an illegal arrangement?

Magnificent

You know you have a winner when there's a moment of silence after your final note, followed by gasps and hushed wows from the congregation. Often times, these self-published pieces are of second rate quality - awkward compositions, unpianistic, disappointing. Not this one. It flows beautifully under the fingers and had all the juicy jazzy chords exactly where I want them. It's the right amount of cheese without going over the top. I loved it and will definitely be seeking out other pieces by this composer!
