Festiva Jubiloso' werd geschreven in opdracht van de Surugadai University Symphonic Band uit de Japanse stad Saitama om de 10de verjaardag van hun jaarlijks concert te vieren. In het middendeel zijn er soli voor tenorsaxofoon, die echter ook door een ander instrument (trombone of eufonium) gespeeld kunnen worden.

Festiva Jubiloso' was commissioned by the Surugadai University Symphonic of the city of Saitama in Japan to celebrate the tenth anniversary of its annual concert. In the central part we can hear some solo's for tenor saxophone which however can also be played by another musical instrument (trombone or euphonium).

Festiva Jubiloso' a été écrit sur commande de l'orchestre d'harmonie 'Surugadai University Symphonic Band' de la ville japonaise de Saitama à l'occasion du dixième anniversaire de leur concert annuel. La partie centrale comprend des solos pour saxophone ténor qui peuvent également être joués par un autre instrument (trombone ou euphonium).

Festivo Jubiloso' wurde im Auftrag des Sinfonischen Blasorchesters der Surugadai Universität in Japan, anläßlich des zehnten Jahrestages von seinem jährlichen Konzert, geschrieben . Im zentralen Teil gibt es Soli für Tenorsaxophon, aber diese können auch von einem anderen Instrument (Posaune oder Euphonium) gespielt werden.
