A new exploration of a traditional classic Christmas hymn. The melody was composed by Franz Xaver Gruber in 1818. He was a schoolmaster and organist in the village of Arnsdorf, Germany. The words are from a poem written by Father Joseph Mohr from Oberndorf, Germany, "Stille Nacht" in 1816.
Concert band arrangement is a grade level 3+. Included is 8 1/2 x 11 and 8 1/2 x 14 scores plus all parts.
