Fairytale Of New York String Duet - Digital Sheet Music

Cello, Instrumental Duet, Violin - Level 4 - Digital Download

SKU: A0.1722495

By The Pogues featuring Kirsty MacColl. Composed by Jeremy Finer; Shane MacGowan. Arranged by Brenton Edgecombe. This edition: pdf. Christmas, Contemporary, Folk, Holiday, Punk. 2 pages. Adelaide String Duo #1285527. Published by Adelaide String Duo (A0.1722495).

An arrangement for violin & cello duo (duet) of this new Christmas Classic. The arrangement starts at the 6/8 tempo part, after the dirgy opening vocals. We love the dirgy opening vocals but we didn't think they'd translate well for our duo, so we left them out! This song is about as far from Jingle Bells as you can get, but has become one of our most requested songs in the Christmas season.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
