"Fairytale" is a song composed, written, and recorded by Belarusian-Norwegian singer-songwriter Alexander Rybak. It represented Norway in the Eurovision Song Contest 2009.

This arrangement is designed for intermediate violinists with an easy second violin part. The guitar part is playable by guitarists who read notes or just chord symbols. It is a shortened version of the original, but it can be repeated freely to provide a longer piece.
