Finally Playing Extreme Like the Record!
I've always wanted to play Extreme's 'Pornograffitti' album, especially 'More Than Words,' and this book is a dream! The intermediate level is challenging but totally achievable for a dedicated adult learner like me. The tab makes it easy to sound just like Nuno Bettencourt. It's incredibly satisfying to play these songs and unwind after a long week. Highly recommend for any Extreme fan!

Disappointed
Some mistakes are expected. But I have never seen as many as in this book. The second song, 'Lil' Jack Horney' isn't even transcribed in the proper tuning! The intro is shown using tapped harmonics when they should be natural harmonics. If they had used the right tuning...it might have been easier. I found myself having to re-tab the whole song in PowerTabs just to make sense of it. If seen a couple other complaints about mistakes in this book as well. That said, it has served me well to clarify the things I haven't been able to pick up by ear. Would have been nice to see a second edition after 25 years.
