A wonderful new work for euphonium, Euphonium Fiesta consists of three separate movements played without a break. The first and third movements explore the technical and rhythmical possibilities of the soloist whilst, in the middle movement, the soloist has a wonderful lyrical melody fully utilising the full range of the instrument. This phenomenal work is sure to become a popular soloist showcase for many years to come.
Euphonium Fiesta besteht aus drei Sätzen, die ohne Unterbrechung gespielt werden. Der erste und der dritte Satz erforschen die vielfältigen rhythmischen und technischen Möglichkeiten des Euphoniums. Im mittleren Satz darf der Solist all sein Können beweisen. In der Rahmenform eines Konzerts geschrieben - einem Dialog zwischen Solist und Orchester - stellt Euphonium Fiesta Solist und auch die Brass Band vor eine Herausforderung, die das Publikum mit Applaus belohnen wird!
