As an adult learner, I loved this "Essential Elements Christmas Favorites" book! The easy-medium tenor sax arrangements by Michael Sweeney are genuinely fun and achievable for a weekend player. Playing beloved songs like "Rudolph" and "Jingle Bell Rock" is so satisfying. It's a great way to enjoy playing holiday music without feeling overwhelmed. Highly recommend for pure enjoyment!

This tenor saxophone part from Michael Sweeney’s Christmas Favorites is a useful addition for any school or community ensemble preparing holiday music. Although designed as a solo book without explicit accompaniment, the clear easy-medium melody lines fit well within a larger band arrangement. It's excellent for showcasing a student soloist or integrating into a diverse instrumental texture.

All the Christmas Favorites books are exactly what you order. With the solo part and the band arrange on facing pages you can have players play either page. I have a small ensemble and we have use the band arrangement successfully to play the carols on the street corner. I have purchase all the needed parts for my ensemble and we use them every year at Christmas
