Le paso doble, littéralement "pas double" est né au début du XIX ème siècle dans l'esprit de la corrida où la femme symbolise la cape rouge (la mantilla) et l'homme le torero. España Cani compte parmi les plus célèbres paso doble. La musique cache un tempérament de feu.
