So Fun to Play in My Community Band!
I absolutely loved playing Robert W. Smith's "Encanto" with my community band. As a Grade 3 piece, it's challenging enough to be interesting but totally achievable for a weekend player. The "infectious rhythmic statement" is so engaging, and the way it builds to a "full brass fanfare" makes you feel like a pro. It truly gives a "strong and confident" sound, which is incredibly rewarding.

It was easy and so beautiful my band is playing it right now. The flute solo is so BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its the best piece for being beautiful! If you need a amazing piece thats easy this is it!

Loved it!
I played this last year in band and it just was so much fun. It was fairly easy and I wasnt very challenged, however I did play the flute solo and it wasn't necessarily hard, it just needed a lot of practice to make perfect. Overall it was a fun peice and I know everyone in my band enjoyed playing it. I recommend for intermediate players.
