This brass band piece takes its inspiration from a walk in the Swiss hills, around the "Creux du Van", famous for its cliffs in a horseshoe shape and its stunning views. Each part is associated to one of the footpaths starting from « La ferme Robert », that can be followed at https://s.geo.admin.ch/9edeacde61.

The majesty of the surroundings and the cliffs leaves a deep impression on the walker who climbs up the forest path. - B « Le sentier du Single »
