Ecce Homo by Howard Goodall is the theme to the comedy series 'Mister Bean' starring Rowen Atkinson.
Originally a choral work this arrangement, for three Bb Clarinets and Bass Clarinet tries to create a similar feel. A good balanced legato style of playing bis required with players concentrating on the sound blend and clear articulation across the ensemble. To make things more 'interesting' the Lead line of the music swops between the three Bb Clarinet parts demanding an evenness of tone between the players.
