    Excellent choice!

    This book is a fabulous collection of Renaissance lute music, with many selections by John Dowland. Jerry Willard, the editor, is also the performer on the included CD, and he is truly excellent. Every piece I've played within this book is well arranged, and the fingerings are sensible.The CD alone is worth the price of admission. After hearing Jerry Willard play, I bought several of his other CDs.
