This lovely unaccompanied setting of the Welsh hymn, Hyfrydol, is arranged for Flute and Viola, which were the original instruments for which it was arranged. There is also a Treble C and Bass C version (could be violin/cello, or flute/bassoon, or oboe/bassoon). The same arrangement appears in a version for B-flat clarinet and viola. A great piece for church or a recital, particularly in a Christian college. [The recording here features the violin/cello version.] Performers should purchase two copies.
