9. I categorized it as a lead sheet because I want the lowest prices for my customers, and calling it TAB or Solo instrumental is actually more expensive at $5.99, which is a bit expensive for a one page song.
Tips:
1. Be careful about accidental interpretting the fingering numbers as fret numbers. A lot of times songs work out conviently like that, this was certainly does not. These numbers can cause you to accidently play an F isntead of an F# for example.
2. The key is of D Major is almost always position 2. There are no notes in the key on fret of any string on guitar. So don't prepare for something you want ever need!
3. G/D at measure 8 is the easiest G major chord on guitar. For me, the larger more common one does not sound good there, and is more difficult too.
4. D5 is the non-guitar name for power chord.
5. I recommend slurring downwards towards the floor and not simply just lifting away from the guitar.
6. As soon as you see one higher ledger line on the treble clef for guitar, that is a sign that position one probably will no longer work. I decided it was worth it to play measure 5 in the 5th position so that the player isn't "suprised" by the high A, with no sustain.
I like this version because the drop D makes the bass line easy enough to play aggresively and fast. This song happens in the movie "Titantic". I think the drop D aspect adds to the foot stomping jig that you probably want.
