Fun Dixieland Solos with Great Backing Tracks!
What a joy this 'Dixieland Favorites' book is! As an adult learner, I find these clarinet solos perfectly achievable for a weekend player. The collection features all the classic Dixieland tunes I love. The online audio demonstration and backing tracks really help me sound like I'm part of the band. Useful for Clarinet Accompaniment Insights
Though primarily for clarinet soloists, this collection of Dixieland favorites is a useful tool for collaborative musicians. It provides clear arrangements of popular melodies, giving me a solid basis if I were to arrange an accompaniment for a clarinetist. Solid Practice & Play-Along Resource
For a gigging clarinetist, this book is a solid practice resource. The 15 Dixieland solos are well-arranged for beginning instrumentalists, making them approachable. The included online audio with backing tracks is fantastic for shedding tunes or even playing along for events where you're the only horn. Just remember these are solo arrangements, not lead sheets with chord symbols, but still very useful.
