So Much Fun Learning Classic Dixieland!
I absolutely love this book! As an adult learner, the Jazz Play-Along series makes it so enjoyable to learn these traditional Dixieland songs like 'When the Saints Go Marching In.' The CD tracks help me sound great and feel like I'm playing with a band. It's perfectly achievable for a weekend player and incredibly relaxing.

Reliable Dixieland Standards for Gigs

Excellent Resource for Developing Jazz Students

Great Support for Instrumental/Vocal Practice
While primarily for C, Bb, Eb, and Bass Clef instruments, this collection offers excellent foundational accompaniment for any lead melodic line, including a vocalist. The removable piano and bass parts on the CD provide a flexible rhythm section. It's a solid tool for practicing phrasing and improvisation over standard Dixieland changes.

Dixieland in Name, Not Sound
This volume does focus on popular Dixieland tunes but the style of the accompaniment tracks does not sound at all like dixieland--quite a disappointment.
