This Hal Leonard 'Disney Greats' collection is excellent for intermediate flute students. The notation is clear, supporting good reading and rhythm development. The 'Intermediate' difficulty is well-judged for building technique and musicality, and the included play-along audio is a huge motivator. It's a superb tool for teaching expressive playing through beloved tunes.
