A Thrilling, Challenging Piece!
'Devious Dance' by Dakota Pederson is an exciting find for my community band! The 'somewhat sinister opening' hooked us, and the rhythmic energy is truly infectious. As a Grade 4 piece, it's definitely a challenge for us weekend players, but the excitement of those dissonances and dynamic percussion makes the effort worth it.
