These two pieces for guitar ensembles (with a total duration of about ten minutes) were commissioned by the Saint-Nazaire Conservatory (CRD) (premiere on April 5, 2025). The first is aimed at 1st cycle participants, the second associates them with 2nd cycle students, distributing the different levels of difficulty according to the desks. Their musical purpose lies in the evocation of impressions facing the sea, sometimes calm, sometimes agitated, through a thematic, moving and contrasting material, common to both pieces.
Ces deux pièces pour ensembles de guitares (d’une durée totale d’une dizaine de minutes) sont une commande du conservatoire (CRD) de Saint-Nazaire (création le 5 avril 2025). La première s’adresse à des participants de 1er cycle, la deuxième associe ces derniers à des élèves de 2e cycle, en répartissant les différents niveaux de difficulté selon les pupitres. Leur propos musical réside dans l’évocation, des impressions face à la mer, tantôt calme, tantôt agitée, à travers un matériau thématique, mouvant et contrasté, commun aux deux pièces.
