With apologies to Sr. Poinchielli, I present her "Dance of the Hours" from the opera "La Gioconda". Originally presented as a ballet to end the third act, thois piece has been used in many settings from Disney (Fantasia) to Allan Sherman (Hello Mudda, Hello Fadda).
I present it here for Saxophone Quartet with a few omissions and a new ending .
