Fun & Rewarding Latin Jazz Experience!
As an adult learner playing in a community jazz band, this Grade 4 "Cubano Chant" chart is a blast! Michael Philip Mossman's arrangement of Ray Bryant's classic mambo has such an authentic, "spicy hot" groove. The fully notated rhythm section parts make it easier for our band to lock in and sound great. It’s challenging enough to feel rewarding, and we absolutely love playing it.

Superb Piano Accompaniment for Jazz Ensemble
For pianists in jazz ensembles, Mossman's "Cubano Chant" provides an excellent Grade 4 experience. The fully notated rhythm section gives the piano a sophisticated, supportive role, enhancing the rich Latin texture without overcomplicating.
