This grungy arrangement of 'Come As You Are' for strings in the style of Bridgerton is suitable for intermediate level string quartets (ABRSM Grade 5+), with some octave double-stopping in the first violin, which can be omitted if necessary. The arrangement has been transposed into A minor for ease / suitability. Time to get head banging and rock out!
Tim Crooks trained as a violinist and violist, working professionally in Manchester (UK) for many years. He was a founding member of the Manchester String Quartet and scored many arrangements for the group's recordings. Tim now orchestrates and conducts, working with orchestras including Manchester Camerata, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, RTÉ Concert Orchestra and the Philharmonia.
