It’s been transposed to B-flat to align with most early instrumental learning progressions (sorry, flutes and guitar), and I’ve matched the difficulty level to each instrument—so the flute part is a little trickier than the trombone, for example.
The piece gradually increases in difficulty. You can play it as written, or treat the later sections as optional solos for your more advanced students. The final section includes split parts that will challenge most beginners, but I’ve left them in as an extension for your standout players.
The piano and guitar parts are more demanding, written for students who are usually a step ahead—so you might assign them to capable beginners or enlist older students to fill out the rhythm section.
