Cinderella's Stepsisters is an absolutely delight to play. It is a short programmatic piece that paints picture - a character portrait of the stepsisters. It is full of color and dynamic expression opportunities. I can't help but imagine them trying to waltz in the lopsided 7/4 section. It makes me giggle every time I play it.
