This short, reflective and simple piano chorale aims to depict the pious and deeply religious qualities of Saint Pio, whose shrine is based at a beautiful monastery site (opposite a former convent) at Pantasaph, Flintshire, on the North Wales Pilgrims Way, UK. The piece is highly accessible for audiences, and would suit virtually any standand of pianist. The work could easily be accommodated into a recital/concert of solo piano music. The full YouTube video provided is of the first public performance, given on 19/9/25 by the composer, at the Parish Musicians' Concert in Prescot Parish Church on Merseyside, England.
